摘要
[目的]研究了非洲紫罗兰试管苗移栽前后的配套技术。[方法]非洲紫罗兰试管生根苗经壮苗、炼苗后移栽到由珍珠岩、蛭石、腐殖土不同配比的基质中,观察其成活率。[结果]以20%多菌灵可湿性粉剂500倍液处理的腐殖土∶蛭石(2∶1)混合的基质,成活率高达90%。[结论]该技术可以在生产中推广应用。
[Objective] The research aimed to accelerate seedling propagation of Africa violet.[Method] The survival rate was observed by transplanting the test-tube rooting seedings in the different proportion matrix consisted by pearlite,vermiculite and humus through sound growth and external practice.[Result] The test results had better effect that humus mixed of 20% carbendazim wettable powder of 500 times liquid with vermiculite as substrate by 2∶1.The survival rate reached as high as 90%.[Conclusion] This method can be spreaded and applied to the production.
