故障树分析法在农产品立体仓库故障诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 对农产品立体仓库中的关键设备堆垛机进行了故障分析,在收集大量数据资料的基础上,以"堆垛机控制系统不能正常工作"为顶事件,建立了故障树,并对其进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明,故障树分析法有效地提高了堆垛机故障诊断的效率。 The fault analysis was carried on the key equipment stacker in agricultural product stereo warehouse.Based on collecting a large number of data,using "stacker control system out of control" as the top event,the fault tree was established.And the qualitative and quantitative analysis was made on it.The results showed that fault tree analysis method effectively improved the fault diagnosis efficiency of stacker.
