摘要
钢铁表面着彩色可使其同时具有良好的防护性和外观。通过实验研究出一种锌镍盐电解着色工艺。介绍了着色液中各成分的作用及影响着色膜颜色的各因素。采用扫描电子显微技术和光电子能谱分析了膜层形貌和成分。结果发现,pH 值、电流密度及着色时间是影响着色膜颜色的主要因素。着色后,钢铁表面铁含量下降。锌、镍和硫( 络合剂中元素) 含量增大。表明锌镍和络合剂、稳定剂的存在使得着色膜呈现彩色。
Iron and steel usually have good appearance and corrosion resistance by treatment of electrolytic coloring. A technique of electrolytic coloring of carbon steel in solutions containing zinc and nickel salts were proposed. Functions of the components and factors affecting color films was studied. The morphology and composition of the obtained films were analyzed by means of SEM and photoelectron spectroscopy, with results that the color of the films varied with the pH value, current density and coloring time, iron content decreased with contents of zinc, nickel and sulfur increased after coloration. The results indicate that the existence of zinc, nickel, complexing agent, and stabilizer make the films appear to be colorful.
