摘要
目的:探讨老年体外循环术后中枢神经系统并发症观察及护理方法。方法:回顾分析142例老年体外循环术患者临床资料,并给予密切观察与精心护理。结果:本组发生中枢神经系统并发症34例,其中表现为精神异常30例,脑梗死2例,后期脑血管意外2例。结论:掌握老年体外循环术后中枢神经系统并发症的观察及护理要点,对提高救治成功率具有重要意义。
Objective： To study the observation on the complications of central nervous system of elderly patients after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery and nursing methods. Methods： Clinical data of 142 elderly patients with cardiopulmonary bypass surgery were retrospectively analyzed and close observation and careful nursing care were given to the patients. Results： The complications of central nervous system occurred in 34 cases, of which mental disorders in 30 cases, cerebral infarction in 2 cases and subsequent cercbrovascular accident in 2 cases. Conclusion： It is significant to gain a mastery of the observation and outline of nursing care for elderly patients after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery to improve the success rate of rescue and treatment.
