摘要
对钢铁零件表面黑色转化膜技术的发展状况进行了全面论述。并重点对常温发黑、氧化发黑、磷化发黑的成膜机理、膜层性能特点及应用情况作了说明。对述及的几种发黑技术的特点、发展方向进行了初步探讨。
Properties current status and prospect of blackening technology for iron and steel are introduced. Film form-ing mechanism of ambient temperature blackening. Oxidation blackening and phosplating blackening, performance characteristic of coatings and application are reviewed.
