摘要
目的了解公交公司女性售票员身体健康状况,降低常见病、多发病、传染病的发生率。方法选取2007～2008,970例北京市公交公司女性健康查体售票员,平均年龄(37.4±10.3)岁。其中已婚822例,年龄(41.4±8.7)岁;未婚148例,年龄(24.4±4.8)岁。根据查体资料与就诊记录,分析被检出的疾病种类、已婚女性妇科常见疾病病种。对此其健康状况做出综合评估。结果 970例健康查体中,疾病检出率为89.1%(864/970),检出前5位病种为:妇科疾病、泌尿系(结石/感染)、结膜炎、乳腺增生、高血压;妇科疾病检出率为38.4%(372/970);已婚女性中,宫颈炎检出率占妇科疾病检的81.5%(303/372);其次为阴道炎、外阴炎、附件炎、子宫肌瘤等。结论对于特殊群体的已婚女性健康不容忽视,应加强对职业女性健康危险因素及预防措施的健康教育,增强自我保健意识,达到预防疾病的目的。
Objective To understandthe physical conditionof womenbus-conductor,and decrease the incidence rate of commonly encountered diseases,frequently-occurring diseases and communicable diseases.Methods Total number of physical check-up women of bus-conductor was 970,mean age（37.4 ±10.3） years old,822 cases married.According to physical the check-up date,clinical and follow up record analyze the caused of total diseases and married women with gynecologic diseases and give a combined evaluation.Results The total diseases detection rate was 89.1% in 970 cases.5 forward diseases：gynecologic disease,the urinary system disease（calculi/infection）,conjunctivitis,hyperplasia of mammary glands,and hypertension.Gynecologic disease was 38.4% in 970 cases.Cervicitis was the most severe disease in married women.Conclusion we will pay more attention to the working women＇s health,and enhance the health education to them about the risk factors of health and preventative measures and consciousness of self-health care,to achieve the goal：prophylactic disease.
