摘要
目的探讨本院临床使用头孢曲松钠引起药物不良反应(ADR)的特点和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法选取本院2006年6月至2010年6月临床应用头孢曲松钠引发的38例ADR病例,对其进行回顾性分析。结果应用头孢曲松钠引发的ADR主要造成对皮肤及消化系统损害;大都在30min内发生;停药或采取相应措施后好转率达94.7%。结论医护人员要重视头孢曲松钠引起的ADR,临床中合理使用头孢曲松钠,同时加强相关ADR监测,避免或减少ADR的发生。
Objective Clinical use of hospital adverse drug reactions caused by ceftriaxone（ADR） the characteristics and laws,reasonable use of the drug for clinical reference.Methods Select the hospital from June 2006 to June 2010 Clinical application of 38 patients with ceftriaxone-induced ADR cases,retrospective analysis of its.Results Application of ceftriaxone-induced ADR major cause of skin and digestive system damage;most occurred within 30 minutes;withdrawal or to take appropriate measures,improvement rate was 94.7%.Conclusion Ceftriaxone caused by health care workers should pay attention to ADR,rational clinical use of ceftriaxone sodium,while strengthening the monitoring of the relevant ADR,avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR.
