摘要
目的建立精氨酸的细菌内毒素检查法。方法按照《中国药典》2005年版(二部)附录ⅪE中细菌内毒素检查法,使用两个厂家的鲎试剂对精氨酸进行干扰试验研究。结果精氨酸对采用鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查无干扰作用。结论精氨酸可以用细菌内毒素检查法(凝胶法)代替家兔热原检查法控制其产品质量。
Objective To develop the bacterial endotoxin test of arginine.Methods According to the bacterial endotoxin test in China Pharmacopoeia（2005,Volume II,Appendix XI E）,using the Limulus lysate produced by two factories to do interference test of Arginine.Results Arginine will never interfer with the bacterial endotoxin test.Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin test is feasible for the quality controll of arginine.
