摘要
为临床选择有效的根分叉(髓室底)穿孔修复材料,采用2%次甲基蓝染液,作四种牙充填材料修复根分叉穿孔的渗漏测试。结果显示光固化玻璃离子渗漏最小,银汞合金次之;羟基磷灰石渗漏最大,染液充满髓腔,而应用羟基磷灰石与光固化玻璃离子夹层技术,能显著减少羟基磷灰石的渗漏(P<0.01)。结论:羟基磷灰石与光固化玻璃离子夹层技术修复根分叉穿孔优于单独使用羟基磷灰石。
In order to help choose the effective clinical materials of the repair furcal perforation. 2%methylene blue has been used to test the effusion of four kinds of tooth filling materials in the repair furcal perforation. The results showed the effusion of light cure glass ionomer cement was the least. Amalgam came second. The effusion of hydroxylapatite was most heavy and the staining solution leaked to the whole cavity, but the technique on the layers of splint with hydroxylapatite and light cure ionomer cement would evidently reduce the effusion of hydroxylapatite. Conclusion The technique on the layers of splint with hydroxylapatite and light cure glass ionomer is better than pure hydroxylapatite in the repair furcal perforation.
