摘要
目的:本文就有创通气与BiPAP呼吸机在治疗重症肌无力患者中的应用进行探讨。方法:患者因双侧眼睑下垂5月余、加重入院后气管切开接呼吸机辅助呼吸,机械通气一个月后病情稳定,给予无创BiPAP辅助通气。结果:至今已有两年时间,经随诊患者目前生活状态良好。结论:患者神志清晰能够合作应用BiPAP无创机械通气治疗,对于病情危重者采取有创通气治疗。
Object：To discuss about the application of invasive ventilation and BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of a patient with myasthenia gravis.Methods：The patient suffered from blepharoptosis for more than 5 months,then the disease got worse,she came to our department and accepted tracheostomy,one month later,her condition kept stable,so we treated her with BiPAP ventilator.Results：It has been more than two years from then on,and it suggests that the patient leads a good life now by follow-up.Conclusion：If the patient＇s consciousness is clear,and he/she is able to cooperate with the ventilator,then BiPAP is suggested.While the patient is in a severe condition,invasive ventilation is better.
