摘要
目的：探讨心电监护仪脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）监测的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我科2009年2月~2010年2月期间45例缺氧患者应用心电监护仪SpO2监测指导临床救治和护理的工作经验。结果：SpO2监测可及时发现组织缺氧并指导氧疗方案;SpO2监测可正确指导吸痰的时机及持续时间;SpO2监测可及时提示心肌缺氧、缺血。结论：SpO2监测能为低氧血症患者的救治和护理提供科学依据。
Objective：The paper explored clinical value of pulse oxygen saturation（SpO2） monitoring of electrocardiogram monitor.Methods：The paper generalized and analyzed work experience which 45 hypoxia patients were guided clinical treatment and nursing care by SpO2 monitoring of electrocardiogram monitor from February 2009 to February 2010.Results：SpO2 monitoring could timely guide detection of hypoxia and oxygen therapy program;SpO2 monitoring could correctly guide the opportunity and duration of suction;SpO2 monitoring could timely clue myocardial hypoxia and ischemia.Conclusion：SpO2 monitoring could provide significant help to clinical treatment and nursing care of hypoxia patients.
