摘要
居民消费结构升级是经济增长的重要推动力。要解决我国居民消费需求不足的困境，需要在解决居民大额刚性支出负担的基础上加快居民消费结构升级的进程。
The escalation of consumption structure is one of the major driving forces for economic growth. To tackle the problem of insufficient consumer demand, we should speed up the escalation of consumption structure on the basis of removing the burdens caused by large rigid expenses.
