摘要
“职业教育教师实践教学能力”是职业教育教师与普通教师之间的本质区别,通过对其研究,探讨分析我国教师的资格制度,揭示我国教师资格制度方面存在的一些问题。同时通过借鉴国外先进经验,提出了构建我国三位一体的职业教育教师资格制度。
The essential distinction between vocational education teachers and ordinary teachers lies in practical teaching ability. The paper points out some problems in teacher qualification system in China and makes a proposal to establish a triune teacher qualification system in vocational education.
