摘要
目前我国公务员考试报考资格中存在着种种问题。运用行政法的基本原则(比例原则、正当程序原则、权利救济原则)对这些问题进行剖析,结合我国实际分析论证,具有较强的现实意义。
There are many problems in entry qualifications of civil service applicants.First,the paper analyzes the problems using the basic principle of the administrative law（proportionality principle,due process principle,the principle of the right to relief.Then,I put forward my own problem — solving measures in accordance with the fact of our country.
