摘要
目的:调查护理专业学生的压力源及相关因素。方法:对徐州医学院的290名护理专业学生采用个人资料问卷及Beck-Srivastava压力量表进行调查,对结果进行描述性相关分析。结果:学生压力源的相关因素依次为:家庭成员、社会关系、社会实践(负相关)、家庭收入(负相关)。非独生子女感受到的压力大于独生子女;和睦的社会关系有利于减轻学生的压力;参加医疗机构的社会实践有利于减轻压力的形成;经济负担给学生造成了一定程度的压力。结论:家庭成员、社会关系、社会实践及家庭收入对护理专业学生压力的产生有影响。
Objective:To invesitigate the nursing students source of stress and related factors. Methods:290 nursing students in Xuzhou Medical College were surveied by personal data questionnaire and Beck-Srivastava Stress Scale,the results of descriptive analysis. Results:Students source of pressure-related factors were : family members, community relations, social practice (negative correlation), family income (negative correlation). Non-single child to feel the pressure more than one child.Harmony social relations will help ease the pressure on the students.Medical institutions to participate in social practice will help ease the pressure of the formation.The economic burden to the students brought a certain degree of pressure.Conclusion:Family members, community relations, social practice and family income for nursing students have influential pressure.
