摘要
区域经济产业结构由产值结构、资产结构和就业结构3部分构成。产值结构由资产结构和就业结构的形态决定,同时也反映了资产结构和就业结构。运用灰色关联度分析研究了产值结构与就业结构、资产结构的协同关系。并通过对福建省的经济总量和经济结构分析,结合福建省区域经济产业协同发展进行成熟度实证分析,从而得出如下结论:福建省第一产业就业结构存在劳动力冗余,表现为劳动生产率低下;第二产业产值结构、资产结构、就业结构渐趋合理;第三产业资产结构、固定资产投资效率有待提高。
Production value structure,property structure and employment structure of industries in regional economy consititute industrial structure.Property structure and employment structure conclude production value structure.Furthermore production value structure is the mapping of property structure and employment structure.This paper will research on the synergetic issues of production value structure,property structure and employment structure.After analysis on the total economic and economic structure,combined with analysis on synergetic maturity of industry within Fujian territory,employment structure in the primary industry in Fujian exists labor redundancy,showing low productivity;production value structure,property structure and employment structure of secondary industry has become more rational;in property structure of tertiary industry,investment efficiency of the fixed assets needs to be improved.
