摘要
目的对世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目的实施效果进行评价。方法根据项目实施期间的项目执行情况及资料、报表进行汇总分析。结果项目实施以来,共接诊可疑肺结核病症状者8765例,发现活动性肺结核4369例,传染性肺结核1831例,涂阳肺结核病人登记率由2002年的14.58/10万上升到2009年的25.41/10万,共登记初治涂阳病人1715例,治愈率为86.2%;复治涂阳病人116例,复治涂阳比例逐年下降,复治涂阳治愈率达64.8%。项目各项指标均达到中国结核病防治规划要求。结论邕宁区世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目取得满意效果。
Aim To evaluate the results of TB control project supported by World Bank/British loan and implemented in Yongning District Nanning City. Methods Data concerning implementation and control of tuberculosis were collected and analyzed . Results Since implementing the project, 8 765 suspected TB cases were registered , among them,4 369 cases were active pulmonary TB and 1 831 cases were smear- positive pulmonary tuberculosis.The registration rate of smear- positive patients rised from 14.58/100 000 in 2002 to 25.41/100 000 in 2009.Totally 1 715 initial treatment smear positive eases and 116 re-treatment cases were registered. The cure rate of initial treated cases and retreated cases were 86.2% and 64.8% respectively. Conclusion The implementation of tuberculosis control project in Yongning District has already achieved positive results.
