摘要
目的分析2004～2009年宝丰县法定传染病流行趋势,为有效预防和控制传染病提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2004～2009年宝丰县法定传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2004～2009年宝丰县累计报告法定传染病22种(甲类0种,乙类16种,丙类6种)8971例,年均发病率为300.44/10万。2004～2009年宝丰县法定传染病发病率居前5位的病种是肺结核、乙肝、痢疾、其它感染性腹泻和手足口病。结论肺结核、乙肝、痢疾、其它感染性腹泻和手足口病等是宝丰县传染病防治工作的重点。
Aim To analyze the prevalent trend of notifiable infectious diseases in Baofeng County of Henan Province. Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was adopted to analyze the annual reports of notifiable infectious diseases in Baofeng County of Henan in the year of 2004-2009. Results No category A infectious disease was reported. A total of 8 971 cases of 22 infectious diseases of category B and C were reported, with the average annually incidence of 300.44 /100 000. The top 5 infectious diseases were tuberculosis, hepatitis B, dysentery,infectious diarrhea and hand-food-mouth disease （HFMD）. Conclusion The tuberculosis,hepatitis B,dysentery,infectious diarrhea and HFMD are the target disesaes to be controlled in Baofeng County.
