摘要
目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术结合中药治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效及并发症。方法：经皮椎体成形术后中药辨证施治、功能锻炼。结果：术中13例发生骨水泥渗漏，术后4例疼痛加重，1例患者出院后因并发心脏病死亡；2例发生周围椎体骨折；无1例脊柱感染发生。结论：结合中药辨证施治，有效防治骨质疏松。
Objective： To invertigate the clinical effect of treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures by percutaneous vertebroplasty plus TCM. Methods： To treat it in TCM treating in differentiation, functional exercise after percutaneous vertebroplasty. Results： 13 cases were occurred cement leakage in surgery, 4 cases were increased pain after surgery, 1 case was died; 2 cases were occurred in vertebral fracture. Conclusion： TCM treating in differentiation can effectively prevent and treat osteoporosis.
