摘要《看不见的人》是美国著名黑人作家拉尔夫.埃里森的代表作。文章运用萨特的存在主义理论,指出《看不见的人》凸显了存在主义文学特质,从两部分——小说主人公所处的荒谬的极限处境和自我追寻对《看不见的人》进行全新的解读。 Invisible Man is the representative work by the prominent American black writer Ralph Ellison.By applying Sartre’s theory of Existentialism,this paper points out the distinct existential features in Invisible Man,and offers a new interpretation of the novel in two parts——the absurd extreme situation in which the protagonist exists and his seeking for self-hood.
