摘要
运用文献资料、访谈等研究方法,构建健身教练员胜任力模型。在此基础上设计由健身培训需求评价、健身培训计划制订、健身培训过程实施与控制及健身培训效果评估等环节组成的科学健身培训体系。以上环节相辅相成,形成周而复始的循环,解决目前健身培训不规范、培训环节缺失等问题,促进健身产业持续发展。
Using research methods of literature review and interview, the present study constructed the competence model for fitness instructors. It designed on this basis the scientific training system composed of the needs assessment, program design, process implementation and monitoring and effect evaluation of fitness training. The above procedures complemented each other and constituted a full cycle. The construction of the training system solved problems of lack of standardization and missed training links in the current fitness training, which fostered the sustainable development of the fitness industry.
