摘要
应用程序间通信技术是编制Ｘ应用程序的基本技术之一．介绍了Ｘ窗口系统及其应用程序间的多种通信方法，分析了截取缓冲区、选择及ＴｏｏｌＴａｌｋ等多种通信技术，其中，截取缓冲区和选择是Ｘ窗口系统提供的技术，ＴｏｏｌＴａｌｋ是一个相对独立的为程序间通信而提供的软件包．分析结果表明：截取缓冲区与ＴｏｏｌＴａｌｋ两种方式适用于简单类型数据的传递，而选择方式可以实现复杂类型数据的传递．
IAC is a kind of basic technology about X application program. We introduced X window system and multi IAC technology about it. They include Cut Buffer, Selections and ToolTalk and so on. We think the Cut Buffer and Selections are a technology of X system, ToolTalk is absolute software package to transmit information between application programs. The Cut Buffer and ToolTalk are fit for transmiting simple data type, while selections can transmit complex data type.
