摘要
ＨＧ５１８０ＴＣ２０型抽油车是针对低产井、低渗透井、报废井和边远井等难开采油井而研制的新型采油设备，由运载汽车底盘、动力传动系统、抽油井架、绞车总成、指重指深和井口报警装置、自动排绳装置及抽油辅件等组成。现场应用表明，这种抽油车每台日均抽油１０～３０ｔ，而且可以省去常规抽油设备、输油管线、电力消耗等一大笔费用，具有较高的经济效益。这种抽油车目前应解决的问题是：改进排绳机构，实现自动排绳；改进指重装置，降低显示误差；与专业厂家共同研究。
Model HG5180TC20 trailer mounted pumping unit is used for oil recovery of low producing wells,low permeability wells,abandoned wells and edge wells.It is comprised of truck chassis,transmission mechanism,mast,hoist,weight indicator,depth indicator,wellhead alarm,wireline guide and accessories.Application shows that 1030t crude oil can be pumped every day by this unit with low production expense.Measures should be adopted to improve the wireline guide and weight indicator to realize automatic wireline guiding and decrease weight display error,and the method for extend the service life of the swab rubber should be found.
