摘要
针对油罐与管道连接波纹管这个抗震薄弱环节加以研究,综合波纹管静力分析方法、油罐与管道连接波纹管系统静力分析方法和地震作用下油罐与管道连接动力分析方法,考虑波纹管内流体自重、油罐地基下沉、温差载荷及地震载荷作用,提出了油罐与管道连接波纹管抗震合理长度的确定方法,可为工程中油罐与管道连接波纹管的抗震设计及有关行业标准的修订提供理论依据。
The weaker part of system for anti-earthquake,which is the joint between tank and pipeline, is studied in this paper. The static analysis method for the revolution bellows,the static analysis method for system of oil tank and pipeline and the dynamic analysis method are all used in this paper. Considering the liquid gravity,the sink of oil tank base,temperature change and the earth- quake,the determination method for the anti-earthquake length of revolution bellows are presented in this paper. It may be useful for the anti-earthquake design of the joint revolution bellows between oil tank and pipeline and may be the theoretical base for the revision of relevant standard in engineering.
