电液控制器掉电检测及数据保护电路的设计

摘要 针对煤矿井下电液控制系统由各种原因引起掉电而造成系统瘫痪或可能发生其它故障等问题,从软硬件两方面着手,提出了一种掉电检测和数据保护的技术,设计了一种电液控制器的掉电检测及数据保护电路,介绍了掉电检测和数据保护电路的原理和软件实现方法,并在实验室进行了相关试验。试验结果表明,该设计可靠地实现了电液控制器的掉电检测和数据保护功能。 According to the problems,such as the system breakdown and other possible faults caused by power-fail in underground electro-hydraulic controller,the technical scheme to detect the power fault and protect the data of the electro-hydraulic controller was proposed,which include hardware circuit and software program.The circuits of power-fail detection and data protection were designed in electro-hydraulic controller,and the details were given of the operation principle and implement method.It has been shown by the experiment in laboratory that the design scheme is of high reliability and good protection in electro-hydraulic controller.
