摘要
针对目前高性能智能阀门定位器严重依赖进口的局面,采用压电比例阀作为电气转换和功放器件,研制了一种新型电子式智能阀门定位器。设计中采用了硬件超低功耗、自适应PID控制算法等关键核心技术,与同类产品相比,具有功耗低、控制性能好、成本低廉等优点。其新颖的驱动模式,属于国内首创。
Facing the fact that the most advanced smart valve positioners being used in China market are input from the other countries, we designed one of the newest type electronic smart valve positioners, using proportional piezo valve as a transform device from electric current power to air pressure and an pneumatic amplifier, also used some of the key and kernel technologies, for examples, super low-power consumption in hardware designing and self-reacting PID control arithmetic. There are many advantages comparing the same others in the following fields, that is the super lowpower consumption, high level of the PID control arithmetic, lower cost of the products and so on. The output mode and technique being used in the product is initiated in China.
