11-铈钼锆杂多酸盐的制备及超声降解性能

摘要 采用US/Na5[Ce(ZrMo11O39)].xH2O体系超声催化降解酸性绿B(AGB)染料废水,并利用红外光谱(IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对制得的杂多酸盐进行了表征。以Na5[Ce(ZrMo11O39)].xH2O杂多酸盐为催化剂,考察了杂多酸盐的投加质量浓度、染料的初始质量浓度、超声功率及超声频率对超声降解效果的影响。结果表明:合成的杂多酸盐具有Keggin型结构,US/Na5[Ce(ZrMo11O39)].xH2O体系能有效降解AGB染料溶液;当染料质量浓度为10 mg/L,催化剂的质量浓度为0.8 g/L时,功率为100 W,频率为45 kHz超声辐射60 min,染料废水降解率可达86.9%。该研究为以后利用杂多酸盐超声催化降解水中有机物提供了参考。 US/Na5[Ce(ZrMo11O39)]·xH2O system was used for degradation of the acidic-green B(AGB) dye wastewater and the heteropoly salt obtained was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The influences of the mass concentration of heteropoly salt,the initial mass concentration of AGB dye,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic frequency on the ultrasonic degradation were investigated with the synthesized Na5[Ce(ZrMo11O39)]·xH2O heteropoly salt as the catalyst.The results show that the heteropoly salt is in Keggin structure and US/Na5[Ce(ZrMo11O39)]·xH2O system can effectively degrade AGB dye solution;the degradation efficiency of AGB solution can reach 86.9% after 60 min irradiation under the conditions of dye mass concentration 10 mg/L,the mass concentration of the heteropoly salt 0.8 g/L,ultrasonic power 100 W,and ultrasonic frequency 45 kHz.The results provide a reference for the ultrasound degradation of organic pollutants in water with heteropoly salt in the future.
