摘要
在用15CrMo厚钢板制做临氢反应器过程中,对其进行了制造工艺适应性考核试验,考核试验项目包括:钢板模拟焊后热处理;钢板经热冲压成球形封头后模拟焊后热处理;钢板经热冲压成球形封头后经调质处理、高温校圆热处理、稳定尺寸热处理;球形封头母材和拼接焊缝经热冲压成形、调质处理、中间消除应力热处理和最终产品焊后热处理;筒体母材和纵缝焊接接头经中间消除应力热处理和最终产品焊后热处理。考核试验结果表明:15CrMo厚钢板有较好的力学性能和焊接性能,有较强的压力容器制造工艺适应性。
In
the manufaactural process of reactor made by 15CrMo thick steel plate in hydrogen service,the
examinatorical testing of manufactural process suitibility is conducted.The items of
examinatorical testing includ:steeel plate simulative post welding heat treatment;simulative
post welding heat treatment after steel plate has been punched forming of spherical
head;quenching and tempering heat treatment;high temperature circle adjustment heat
treatment and stabilized dimension heat treatment after steel plate has been punched forming
of spherical head;quenching and tempering heat treatment;intermidiate stress relief heat
treatment and final product post welding heat treatment after base metal and split welding joint
has been punched hot forming of spherical head;intermidiate stress relief heat treatment and
final product post welding heat treatment of base metal and longitudinal welding joint of
shell.The results of examinatorial testing show that:15CrMo thick steel plate has fairly good
