摘要
目的 探讨头皮电烧伤治疗的护理体会.方法 将80例患者根据治疗情况分为两组,皮瓣移植术组63例,头皮扩张术组17例,对两组患者实施有效护理措施,比较两组患者住院时间以及并发症发生情况.结果 有效的护理措施,两组患者住院时间皮瓣移植术组短于头皮扩张术组,且两组患者均痊愈出院,未见明显并发症发生.结论 对于头皮电烧伤的患者,良好的护理措施,能积极配合医师治疗,增加患者治疗信心,减少头皮电烧伤的并发症发生率,缩短头皮电烧伤患者住院时间,促进患者早日康复.
Objective To investigate the nursing of scalp electric burn. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups according to treatment, skin grafting 63 cases, 17 cases of scalp expansion surgery group, effective care of patients in both groups, and then measures to compare the hospitalization and complications of the two groups. Results The effective nursing measures, both groups skin flap group hospital stay is shorter than scalp expansion group, and both groups were discharged, and no obvious complications disease occurred. Conclusion The scalp electrical burn patients, good nursing care, physicians can actively cooperate with treatment, increased the confidence of patients and reduce the scalp electrical burn of the complication rate, shorter hospital stay in patients with electrical burn the scalp and promote early recovery of patients.
