摘要
目的评定脑卒中患者社区康复治疗疗效。方法将67例患者随机分为对照组33例康复组34例，进行社区康复治疗，分别于3个月，6个月采用改良Barthel指数方法进行日常生活活动能力测定。结果康复组患者的日常生活活动能力明显优于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论社区康复治疗对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力具有明显的促进作用。
Objective Community - based rehabilitation of stroke patients assessed treatment. Methods 67 patients were randomly divided into control group, 33 cases of group of 34 cases of rehabilitation, community rehabilitation treatment, respectively, 3 months, 6 months Barthel index improved method of determination of activities of daily living. Results Rehabilitation in patients with activities of daily living is better than the control group, two groups were significandy different （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Community - based rehabilitation on activities of daily living in stroke patients with a clear role in promoting.
