摘要
大气污染物总量控制的目的是有效地保护区域环境和改善环境质量,在总量控制中提出一个如何将环境容量优化分配到源,实现从局部控制到区域环境质量达标的方法十分重要。文章在综合考虑了大气污染物浓度的不均匀分布、污染物的扩散、沉降等过程,提出利用改进的遗传算法进行大气环境容量余量分配计算。
The purpose of total air pollutant emission control is protecting regional environment and improving environmental quality, it is very important that put forward a good way to distribute environment capacity to pollution sources, to make environmental quality reaching the standard from local to regional. The paper put forward that using the genetic algorithm to control the total amount of air pollutants and to distribute the air environment capacity remaining on takeing the temporal-spatial distribution of the pollutants was uneven, and the dispersion and settling of pollutants into account.
