摘要
讨论了通过在PVC中加入纳米碳酸钙进行填充,通过实验表明:表面处理纳米碳酸钙时,以多元复合酸、硬脂酸纳、椰子油复合较好;纳米碳酸钙经过陈化后,改良了加工性能和分散性,陈化时间以2~4d为宜;在纳米钙中加入15%~25%的重钙较好,2000目的重钙优于粒径大的1250目的重钙;用于生产黑色料时,采用普通粉碎较好,而生产浅色料时,采用超细粉碎较好。
The experiment which added nano calcium carbonate into PVC showed that: When the surface of nano calcium carbonate was treated, multiple compound acid, sodium stearate and coconut oil was better; nano calcium carbonate was aged, the processing performance and dispersion were improved, and aging time between 2 and 4 d would be appropriate; nano calcium and GCC mixed togther, the dosage of 15 %-25 % GCC was better, the 2000 mesh GCC was slightly better than 1250 mesh GCC; when producted black material, using the universal mill was better, when producted light-colored material, using ultra-fine mill was better.
