摘要
用丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯分别作为硬软单体合成树脂,三聚氰胺、甲醛在丙烯酸单体聚合过程中加入生成密胺作为交联剂,使合成的乳胶漆有更强的韧性与耐水性;通过一系列实验运用表观分析法确定最佳工艺参数;将合成的乳液涂在无纺布上形成涂膜,并对涂膜进行性能测定;实验表明该乳液形成的涂膜耐水性良好、附着力大且耐摩擦,符合环保要求。
Acrylic acid and butyl acrylate were used as hard and soft monomers to synthesize resin, and melamine with formaldehyde were added to produce melamine as a crosslinking agent in the process of monomer's polymerization, making the synthetic latex more toughness and water resistance; through a series of experiments using superficial analysis to dctcrminc thc optimum process parameters; filmed the non-woven with latex coatings, and did the performance measurement for the coated membrane; experiments showed that the filmed latex had good quality of water resistance, adhesion and abrasion resistance, meeting environmental requirements.
