摘要
利用高能电子束对球墨铸铁表面涂覆陶瓷涂层,并对改性试样的表面形貌和组织及其硬度分布进行了测试和分析,结果表明表层组织分为四层:熔覆合金层、过渡层、热影响层和基体,其中熔覆合金层组织为树枝状固溶体与细小的钛硼化合物组成的共晶体,其硬度为1 150 HV,基本不变;过渡层由部分树枝状结构和针状马氏体组成,硬度在1 100~850 HV范围内变化;热影响层由马氏体和珠光体组成,硬度在800~350 HV范围内变化;基体组织没有显著变化,硬度约为300 HV.
The cream covering was coated on the nodular cast iron surface by using high energy electron beam in this paper.The pattern,the structure and the surface hardness distribution of modified test sample were tested.The results indicated that the surface structure has four layers,which were melting alloy layer,intermediate layer,heat-affected layer and basal body.The structure of melting alloy layer was eutectic of the solid solution branch and the nice titanium compounds,which hardness was 1150 HV.The intermediate layer was composed of acicular martensite and dendritic structure,which hardness was a variable value between 850HV and 1000 HV.The heat-affected layer was composed of martensite and pearlyte,which hardness was a variable value between 350 HV and 800 HV.The basal body had no notable change,which hardness was 300 HV.
