本文主要介绍台达自动化产品在竹节纱设备上的整合应用。该控制系统结合台达HMI、PLC、和伺服等自动化产品,操作直观且简单,实现了设备的技术升级与高效节能,体现出台达自动化产品较高的性价比,系统运行证明:台达产品稳定可靠,控制效率高,值得业界同行借鉴和推广。
This paper mainly introduces the integrated application of Delta automation products in slubby yarn equipment.The control system realizes the equipement＇s technology upgrade and high efficiency energy saving based on Delta HMI, PLC, temperature controller and tranducer etc.. The operation interface looks friendly and easy. The application shows the high performance price ratio of Delta automation products.The operation practice proves that Delta products can work with good performance and stability and easy operation, so it＇s worth being widely spread.
