摘要
本文设计了一个跨度龙门起重机的电气自动纠偏系统,直接在刚腿侧和柔腿侧的大车运行钢轨旁平行安装一些感应点,通过PLC测量刚腿侧和柔腿侧接近开关动作的先后,并通过变频器控制刚、柔腿侧的电动机的转速来进行纠偏。
This paper designs an automatic electrical running displacement correcting system for large span gantry crane. The system installs some induction points beside the cart operation rail of rigid legs and gentle legs and it measures the gradation of switch action beside the rigid legs and gentle legs by PLC, also it controls the rotate speed of moto beside the rigid legs and gentle legs to run displacement correcting by transducer.
