摘要
以"蜜本"、"黄狼"两个中国南瓜品种和"北观"、"旋复"两个印度南瓜品种为试验材料,对其苗期的净光合速率及其影响因子和叶绿素含量进行测定和比较,结果表明:4个南瓜品种的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率的日平均值都是旋复最高,其次为北观、黄狼,最低的是蜜本.胞间CO2浓度日均值最高的是北观,其次黄狼、蜜本,最低的是旋复.蜜本叶绿素a含量和叶绿素a+b含量均最高,说明蜜本南瓜吸收利用强光的能力最强,北观的叶绿素b含量最高,说明其利用弱光的能力最强.
Using LI-6400 photosynthesis measure system made in LI-COR Corporation of America and taking pumpkin Miben and Huanglang and Beiguan and Xuanfu as material,the experiment measured the net photosynthetic rate and Chlorophyll of pumpkin in seedling stage,analysed their correlation so that scientific and guidable suggestion can be provided for cultivation of pumpkin.The result indicated:the maxmum of day mean net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were all Xuanfu,then were Beiguan and Huanglang,the minium was Miben.The maxmum of day mean intercellular space CO2 was Beiguan,then was Huanglang and Miben,the minium was Xuanfu.The maxmum Chlorophyll a and a+b were Miben,this showed the ability of utilization strong light of Miben is strongest,The maxmum Chlorophyll b was Beiguan,this showed the ability of utilization weak light of Miben is strongest.
