摘要
本文以某高频焊管公司飞锯机机控制系统的改造为例,以PLC控制替代原系统的继电器控制。介绍了该控制系统的组成,及PLC的硬件和软件设计。系统试用表明PLC的使用提高了控制系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力,减少了大量的硬件设施以及由此而带来的故障。
This paper introduced the composition of control system for Flying Saw Machine of a high-frequency welded pipe company. In the modification, the control system was based on PLC to replace relay control. Describes the composition of the control system and PLC hardware and software design.This initial test shows the use of PLC enhances the stability and antijamming ability of the system, and reduces many facilities of hardware and fault which bring.
