摘要
本文研究了不同温度和光照条件下甲基丁香酚诱捕器对桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)雄虫的诱捕率,结果表明,温度和光照强度明显影响桔小实蝇雄虫对甲基丁香酚的趋向。18~40℃温度范围内桔小实蝇对甲基丁香酚趋向活动活跃,其中以25~32℃最为活跃。桔小实蝇被甲基丁香酚诱捕器捕获的比率与温度之间的关系符合Peal-Read模型。500~2000lux光照强度时桔小实蝇对甲基丁香酚的趋向反应最活跃。当温度低于14℃或高于40℃、光照强度低于150lux或高于3000lux时桔小实蝇对甲基丁香酚趋向能力显著下降。
Ratios of males of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) captured by Methyl eugenol (ME) trap at different temperatures and light intensity were studied in this paper. The results showed that the capturing ratio of the fruit fly males by ME trap changed a lot under different temperatures and light intensities. The males were active to the lure when the temperature ranged from 18℃ to 40℃ and the light intensity was from 500 to 2000 lux. The ratios of the males captured by the traps reduced significantly when the temperature was below 14 ℃ or above 40℃, and the light intensity lower than 150 lux or higher than 3000 lux. The relationship between the ratios of the males captured by the trap and the temperatures was described by the Peal-Read model well.
