摘要
近来IMO提出的新船能效设计指数(EEDI)将会对我国船舶工业产生重大影响。针对该指数计算公式中的船舶失速系数fw进行了研究,提出了一个系统的fw计算方法并形成软件,将计算结果与试验值和NMRI方法计算结果进行比较,证明计算方法具有工程实用性,为近一步开展相关研究工作奠定了理论基础。
At present,IMO put forward the energy efficiency design index(EEDI) which might have great influence on ship industry of China in the future.In the paper,the coefficient(fw) for the decrease of ship speed of EEDI was investigated,and a calculation method for fw was introduced.At the same time,the method was formed into a calculation code.The calculated results obtained by the code were compared with that of experiments and NMRI method.It is proved that the method introduced in the paper is suitable for engineering utility,and interrelated work can be carried out based on the study.
