摘要
目的了解社区糖尿病患者胰岛素笔用针头使用情况,提出护理干预措施。方法自行设计胰岛素笔用针头使用情况调查表,对100例社区糖尿病患者进行调查,针对使用缺陷进行护理干预。结果胰岛素笔用针头重复使用>6次、用乙醇擦拭针头、注射前未排气、进针角度不合适、注射后针头未在皮下停留10 s以上等,是社区糖尿病患者使用胰岛素笔用针头的主要问题。通过针对性护理干预,患者对胰岛素笔用针头正确使用技能显著提高。结论加强对社区糖尿病患者规范使用胰岛素笔用针头的教育,对保证胰岛素治疗效果、预防不良反应有重要意义。
Objective To study the usage of pen-liked insulin syringe needle for patients with diabetes in community and find out nursing intervention measures. Method Investigate 100 patients with diabetes in community by self-designed questionnaire on usage status of pen- liked insulin syringe needle. Take nursing intervention on usage deficiency. Result Reuse more than 6 times, wiping needle with alcohol, injection without exhaust, inappropriate needle angle and in- jection needle did not stay more than 10s are the main problems in usage of pen-liked insulin syringe needle for patients with diabetes in community. The proper use skill of pen-liked insulin syringe needle for patients with diabetes in communi- ty is obviously improved through corresponding nursing intervention. Conclusion Enhancing education on usage of pen- liked insulin syringe needle for patients with diabetes in community has significant meaning on ensuring effect of insulin and preventing adverse reactions.
