摘要
科学发展观已不容置疑地成为我国各项事业发展的根本指导思想,也为图书馆的古籍管理工作指明了方向。根据科学发展观的先进理念和基本要求,本文在理论与实践的结合上,主要就如何处理好古籍保护与古籍利用的关系、如何科学有效地保护好古籍和科学合理地利用好古籍阐述了自己的见解,着重强调古籍管理部门必须认真领会科学发展观"以人为本"的精神实质,在具体工作中全面提升自身的综合素质和服务水平。针对古籍普查方面的有关问题,文中也提出了相应的建议。
The scientific concept of development is indubitably the basic guide for the development of our undertakings, which also indicates the right path to management work of ancient books in library. In accordance with the advanced notion and basic requirements of scientific concept of development, the author expounds some views on how to handle well the relationship between ancient book protection and utilization, and how to protect the ancient books scientifically and effectively and utilize the ancient book resource in a scientific and reasonable way. The author stresses that the administrative department of ancient books must embody the spirit of ＂human-oriented＂ as basis to increase the comprehensive quality and service level. Some opinions are accordingly proposed on the problems about the General Survey of Ancient Books.
