阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪合用治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 众所周知，HMG—CoA还原酶抑制药（他汀类）使降低高胆同醇（Tc）的治疗发生了革命性变化，大多数他汀类药物能使主要冠脉事件的风险减少30％。但是，高脂血症患者尽管用了他汀类药物治疗，仍有心血管疾病发生。因此，需要与其他药物合用加强疗效。Syrkin等怛0在接受辛伐他汀和氯吡格雷治疗的心绞痛和（或）跛行患者中，加用曲美他嗪（TMZ）后，心绞痛改善了46．7％，
