摘要针对中国旧城更新中所存在的问题,首先回顾中国与发达国家旧城更新发展的历史,进而以中国及发达国家的两个相关案例作比较。采取比较分析的方法,对中国旧城更新发展状况中所存在的实际问题进行分析,以期真正做到"以人为本",为中国旧城更新在理论、方法及措施研究等方面提供启示。 The paper reviews the history of urban updating development in both China and developed countries. Two cases of them have been compared to analyze the existing problems in Chinese urban updating development in hopes to achieve people-orientation in the development and offer references from the aspect of theory, method and measures.
