摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液联合多巴酚丁胺治疗难治性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:34例难治性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加多巴酚丁胺。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参麦注射液。结果:治疗组LVEF增加,总有效率为88.88%,对照组总有效率56.25%,2组疗效相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合多巴酚丁胺能显著改善难治性心力衰竭患者心功能。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of ShenMai injection combined with dobutamine for critically refractory heart failure.Methods：34 cases with refractory heart failure partient were randomly divided into treatment groups which added ShenMai injection on the basis of routine treatment and control groups which added dobutamine on the basis of routine treatment.Results：In the treatment group symptom and signs were improved and the total effective-ness was 88.24%.It was significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：ShenMai injection com-bined with dobutamine have obviously effects on the heart function for refractory heart failure.
