摘要
介绍了适应于煤矿企业三相异步电动机全数字化综合保护系统。该系统采用A/D模数转换器采集数据,采用单片机进行数据运算处理,实现了电动机的过载、断相、短路、漏电、温度保护及轴承在线监测。通过计算机联机管理,实现了生产、检测、监控的一体化网络管理。
This paper introduces all digital synthetic protective system which adapt to three phase asychronous motors in coal mine. This system uses A/D converter to collect data and uses microcontroller to manage data calculation. It realizes the on line inspection of motor＇s overload, open phase, short circuit, leak, temperature protection and bearing. It realize the integrated network management of production inspection and control.
