摘要
目的观察空腹血糖、胰岛素水平及肥胖对老年高血压病左室舒张功能的影响。方法检测４０例健康老年人，４３例老年高血压病及３６例高血压病合并肥胖者的血糖、胰岛素水平及超声心动图。结果高血压病组等容舒张时间明显延长，Ｅ／Ａ比值明显下降，合并肥胖者尤为明显。结论肥胖、糖耐量异常及高胰岛素血症，胰岛素抵抗加重老年高血压病患者左室舒张功能障碍。
Objective To
investigate the relationship of diastolic dysfunction in aged hypertensives with fasting blood
glucose,plasma insulin concentration and besity,three groups were allocated into controlled
group(n=40),hypertensives group(n=43) and obese hypertensive group(n=36).Methods fast
blood glucose,serum isulin and UCG examinations were all recorded.Results left ventricular
diastolic function was significantly decreased in the hypertensive and was lower in obese than
in normal.Conclusions elderly hypertensive patients present decreased diastolic function of
the left ventricle,enhenced by moderate obesity,abnormal carbohyarate metabolism and
hyperinsulinemia
