强制性诱导运动治疗在脑卒中患者康复中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 强制性诱导运动治疗(constraint-induced movement therapy,CIMT)是一种比较新的运动疗法,该方法通过限制偏瘫患者的健肢活动的同时对患侧进行集中反复作业训练,诱使患肢的使用能力提高。自应用于治疗慢性脑卒中患者上肢运动功能障碍以来,强制性运动疗法得到较大发展,其原则在神经康复多个领域得到应用并获得了成功,受到越来越广泛的关注。
