摘要
社会主义民主政治是社会主义优越性的集中表现。在政治的永恒性和人的政治性基础上,人必然具有政治主体性的基本品质。人的政治主体性建构作为社会主义民主政治实践的本质诉求,既是民主政治建设的动力基础,又是民主政治建设的价值需求。受历史和现实因素的制约,我国民主政治建设还有待完善,人的政治主体性建构也必然随其不断发展。为此,我们必须从确立主体间性的致思取向、坚持以人为本的价值理念、加强科学规范的制度安排、拓宽政治参与的现实渠道、树立公民政治的时代责任等角度,不断增强人的政治主体性,从而推进社会主义政治文明不断发展。
The socialist democratic politics is the concentrated expression of the superiority of socialism. On the bases of the eternal nature of the political and human political, people must have the basic qualities of political subjectivity. As the essential requirements of socialist democratic politics practice, constructing people＇s political subjectivity is not only the driving force of democracy - building, but also the value needs of democracy - building. Subject to historical and practical factors, China＇s building of political democracy has yet to be perfect; construction of the people＇s political sub- jectivity is bound with its continuous development. To this end, we need to constantly enhance the people＇s political subjectivity, from the perspective of thinking of establishing inter - subjective orientation, adhering to the people - orien- ted values, strengthening institutional arrangements of scientific and standardized , to broaden the channels for political participation, and establishing a responsibility of civil political point of the times, thereby promoting the continuous development of socialist political civilization.
