CiA DSP 417电梯设备子协议的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高电梯系统性能,提出针对电梯应用的CANopen高层应用层协议——CiA DSP 417电梯设备子协议的研究。针对该研究,采用含CAN接口的ARM7核微处理器LPC2292为核心的新型电梯控制系统及其通信模型为研究基础,对新型电梯控制系统和外召控制器之间进行基于CiA DSP 417协议的通信仿真研究。仿真运行显示,基于CiA DSP 417协议的外召通信能有效实现电梯外召控制功能。研究表明,基于CAN总线技术和CiA DSP 417协议的电梯通信能极大提升电梯的控制性能、通信自我管理能力,克服了传统RS485总线在电梯应用中的缺点;并且CiA DSP 417协议具有标准化、应用性好的特点,具有推广价值。 In order to improve lift system' s performance, the research upon CiA DSP 417 lift equipment sub-protocol was proposed -- the protocol is the CANopen high level application layer protocol used by the lifts. The research was based on a new type lift' s control system which uses A1RM7 microprocessor LPC2292 with CAN interface as its core and on its communication model, and the simulation study on com- munication between the new type lift's control system and the landing call controller was carried out based on CiA DSP 417 protocol. It was shown by the simulative operation that the landing ball communication based on CiA DSP 417 protocol can effectively realize the function of lift's landing call control. The research indicated that the lift communication based on CAN bus technique and CiA DSP 417 protocol can greatly improve the performance of lift' s controlling, the ability of self-managing the communication and has overcome the disadvantages in applying traditional RS485 bus to the lifts. Moreover, the CiA DSP 417 protocol has the characteristics of standardization and good applicabil- ity, so that it has the popularizing value.
